5/100 || My birthday is in about a month, so as an early birthday present to myself I decided to go and have an astrology reading. It is not something I have ever done before, and figured it was a different and perhaps more playful way of seeing my upcoming new year. I did not want to do it *on* my birthday, in case I got bad news, but as it turns out – it was a pretty amazing reading that was full of hopeful and encouraging outlooks.
I know that not everyone believes in astrology, but the way I see it is that it is just another way to recognize what YOU are feeling based on what resonates with you – and…I know that it won’t hurt anything! I feel that it is a playful way of looking at the world – and there is something beautiful about thinking about how the planets and stars were aligned the very moment you were born. That there is something bigger then you and this though alone lets you let go and just be with the stars as you move forward on this big, crazy planet. All I can say is that after today’s reading, I am REALLY looking forward to my next trip around the sun!
