The Denver Flea is a contemporary marketplace showcasing makers and retailers who cultivate the Colorado lifestyle. Their vision is to change the way people think of a flea market, and they are committed to elevating creative businesses in Denver. Their aim is to support locally-based companies as well as people who build upon Denver’s individual character no matter where they call home. There are four Flea markets a year: Spring, Summer, Fall and Holiday…each held in a different location around the city.
The BE Stories highlighted a selection of the Flea’s vendors’ and attendees’ stories at the 2015 Holiday Flea, which was held in an 80,000 square-foot warehouse that formerly housed the Denver Post production facilities. Lighting and sound were a bit of a challenge in this expansive space, but it did not affect the quality of the stories that were shared! Click on the link under each picture to hear what they had to say about their BE story…
