The Huffington Post put together this infographic of the perfect work day based on different research that they compiled. I’m intrigued by the idea of working for 52 minutes and then taking a 17 minute break. It was interesting to see some of the negative comments left on the site in response to the infographic and it made me wonder how attached Americans are to the notion that busy = better. This obviously only really represents people who work in an office setting or who work for themselves, but I focused in more on the general concept of taking breaks throughout your work day to make you more productive. What are your thoughts? Do you think this is doable? Could you apply some of these ideas to your work day?
